Over Thirty (30+) years of experience in the Construction industry as the Founder and Principal Owner of a $20 Million General Contracting firm, VA Construction, he established in 1988. Vernon was featured in Inc. Magazine as the 25th fastest growing, privately held, inner city firms n America. Vernon Holds a Degree in Business Management from Post University in Waterbury, CT. He has extensive experience in HUD residential rehabilitation and new construction projects. His interest and emphasis are in Urban development initiatives.

A recent MBA graduate from UCONN School of Business in Hartford, Connecticut. Mercedz attended Providence College and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She achieved her FINRA-Series 7 and worked as a General Securities Representative for Northwestern Mutual. Mercedz joined CMSA in June of 2016 as the CFO where she works with the CPA and business consultants to manage financial risks, record keeping, planning and reporting.

With a unique mix of corporate financial accounting, controllership and construction management experience, Vincent brings over (30+) years of diverse business experience to the team. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance for Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut and honed his construction management skills by becoming a Signatory Contractor with the Florida Carpenters Union. In 2011 he purchased a Company, Construction Systems of America, Inc. that specialized in Interior Systems and Best Practices in the Health-Care, Pharmaceutical and commercial construction applications. Vincent relocated back to Connecticut to assist CMSA with our business planning and development initiatives.

With Over Twenty (20) years of Project Management experience. Shahnar started in construction working for VA Construction in June 1999 and is now the Principal for Muncell Construction Group, a general trades contractor/builder, specializing in residential rehabilitation and new construction development initiatives. Shahnar brings a strong financial literacy background developing mortgages scenarios, credit competence and debt consolidation training, and insurance. He holds various Certifications with OSHA, BPI, lead safe training and Six-Sigma Construction Management and consults with CMSA as our Business Executive Coach & Construction Manager
